We played Eureka Games with the student leadership orientation from Kenyon College at Flying Horse Farms

Student leaders Inspire a Shared Vision by envisioning the future and enlisting others in a common vision.

Model the way
Student leaders Model the Way by finding their voice and affirming shared values.

Student leaders Encourage the Heart by recognizing contributions and celebrating values and victories.

Challenge the process
Student leaders Challenge the Process by searching for opportunities and by experimenting, taking risks, and learning from mistakes.

Student leaders Enable Others to Act by fostering collaboration and strengthening others.

Ice Breaker and Energizers with Nationwide's User Experience Workshop - Day 1

We started the morning with an Energizer that we call Tinker Toy Topics. Everyone grabbed a few sticks and then the topics were revealed. People formed groups of three and began making connections as they introduced themselves.

Team Building event with Nationwide Children's Hospital

A group of project managers from Nationwide Children's Hospital invited Eureka Games to play. It turns out they are all Super Heroes. Needless to say, we had a lot of fun.

Team Building with Sales and Marketing from Elmer's Inc.

The Field Sales Team and Marketing Team of Elmer's Inc. came together for a off-site meeting at Sparkspace. The Eureka Games was invited to facilitate an experience to kick-off the week with energizers and activities that challenged them to rethink the way they think.

Team Building Event with Susan E Thomas, CPA ltd.


The Panera lunch rush gawked at me as I carried in the supplies for our Eureka Games into the community room. Despite me looking like a pack mule, the brightly colored foam noodles clashed with Panera's earthy color palette.

We had a lot of fun and several great debrief discussions.
