Team Effectiveness Event with Mountview Christian Preschool Staff

The staff played Eureka Games at the Spring 2014 in-service.

We realized that we all had super powers after the Super Hero Name Game.

At the end of "What Goes Where?" we discussed how communication and understanding are not always the same thing and about the three ways to manage expectations when giving instructions for a task. 

1. The desired result;

2. The desired path; or

3. The desired path and result.
 

Then after lunch we discussed the nature of consequences and worked on moving objects from bucket A to bucket B with limited resources.

I enjoyed my time with the Mountview Preschool Staff and truly appreciate the care and talent they provide to our community's preschoolers.Thanks for playing Eureka Games!
