We started the morning with an Energizer called 'This or That?'
Everyone starts out on a magic school bus (between the ropes) and then we stopped at various imaginary towns and villages. As we visited these magical lands, each person had to choose which direction they wanted to go.
Ice cream village: Chocolate or Vanilla?
Vacation spot: Beach or Mountains?
Exploration: Deep Sea or Deep Space?
Leadership style: Orchestra Conductor or Drill Sergeant?
Starting a project: Quick to act or Slow to act?
Working a project: People oriented or Task oriented?
